Agile Coach

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agile Transformation:

• Lead the organization's Agile transformation by implementing frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.
• Create and execute a roadmap for Agile adoption across teams and departments.

1. Coaching & Mentoring:

• Provide hands-on coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams.
• Mentor leadership to support Agile adoption and reinforce Agile principles.

1. Facilitation:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and training sessions to ensure effective collaboration and understanding.
• Mediate conflicts and foster an environment of trust and transparency.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Assess team maturity and identify areas for improvement in Agile practices.
• Drive a culture of continuous feedback, learning, and adaptation.

1. Metrics & Reporting:

• Define and track key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time, lead time).
• Provide actionable insights to teams and leadership based on data.

1. Change Management:

• Address organizational impediments to Agile adoption and align practices with business goals.
• Partner with HR and other departments to align Agile practices with company policies.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching with a proven track record of transforming organizations.
• Hands-on experience with multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Expertise in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Certifications (preferred):
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), or similar.
