Overview:

Our client, a prominent group in the healthcare industry, is embarking on a significant milestone—preparing one of their key subsidiaries for an IPO on the India Stock Exchange. To ensure the financial and operational readiness and organizational alignment for this initiative, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join on a 6-month contract. This role is based in Singapore, with remote coordination across teams in the Philippines and Singapore, as well as with advisors from a globally recognized consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage the business reorganization process for operations in the Philippines, ensuring all activities are aligned with IPO requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams in Singapore, the Philippines, and external advisors to develop a comprehensive step plan.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor and report progress periodically (weekly/fortnightly), ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Problem-Solving: Identify roadblocks, propose actionable solutions, and facilitate resolution with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-On Execution: As needed, execute specific tasks to support the project's success, with full team support.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in project management (4 years and above) with expertise in tools like Gantt charts or other project tracking software.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Background in accounting, finance, or business is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of transfer pricing and compliance requirements is an added advantage.
• Independent, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
