Qualifications And Experience
- bachelor’s degree/higher diploma in Graphic Design.
- good working knowledge of Adobe Suite programs and OS X.
- Ability to modify, polish, and finalize designs for production.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with keen knowledge of color theory and good computer skills
- Excellent in time management skills
- Very good communication skills in order to handle different situation regarding clients, colleagues or superiors
- Finalizer focuses on finalizing print files and artworks for all the jobs assigned having direct contact with the supervisors, creative leads , printers and production manager
- Requires all files to pass through him so that they can be checked and ready 100% before sending them to the printing houses with utmost care and concentration.
- Supporting the Graphic Designers o Understanding and following our regular Client’s Brand guidelines
- Understanding production specifications, and requesting missing information when needed
- Ensuring approved files are ready before releasing to Account Handlers
- Polishing approved creative designs
- Finalizing and Outputting approved artwork to defined specifications
- Keeping computer files organized and updated for easy retrieval
- Provide daily reports to supervisor on progress of ongoing projects
- Working according to established policies and procedures
- Contributing to a healthy, inclusive work atmosphere
