Position: ERP Technical Lead

Role: Oracle Techno Functional analyst

Job Purpose

looking for an oracle Cloud Techno functional resource / ERP Technical Lead to join our growing organization. The resource should be minimum bachelor’s in computer sciences or accounts with 15+ years of experience in Oracle products.

Have worked on Oracle support and implementation roles. Have worked in large organization with good work ethics and culture.

Job Description

Developing accurate reports against ERP data stored in Oracle Fusion and SQL databases.

Writing periodic and even based alerts.

Develop interfaces and integration to and from Oracle cloud

Trouble shoot issues raised by users.

Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly financials reports.

Hand on in system enhancements and write SQLs to fetch data from different tables

Understand users’ issues and provide them creative solution

Help business users in their day-to-day support issues

Solution prototyping for ongoing changing needs / requirements in business and provide system solutions.

System administration of Application users, menus, function customization

Create standard documentation for ongoing system changes and keep a track of those changes.

Required Skills:

15+ year experience in Application Support

At least 2 full cycle implementations one of which should be Oracle Cloud/Fusion. Possess Ability to participate in business blueprint workshops.

In depth knowledge of Toad/Oracle/PLSQL, XML Reporting, ADI, FSGs

Ability to review the solution design and fitments. Process knowledge in Financials, Supply Chain and HRMS customizing/Workflow.

Technical Expertise with Rice Objects such as Reports, Enhancements, Interfaces, and conversions is expected.

Ability to learn and with positive attitude to tackle challenges.

Should have knowledge in Agile methodologies, Waterfall PM approaches.

Good understanding and hands-on experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management

Interact with internal teams, offshore and stakeholders to trouble shoot the tickets/incident and manage other support activities

Good communications skills are necessary, must be a team player.
