Java Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Core Java.

• Implement and manage messaging protocols like MQTT, AMQP, or Kafka for real-time communication.

• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate the Java backend with ReactJS applications.

• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure efficient data exchange using JSON.

• Work with healthcare standards like HL7 DOCOM for data integration and processing.

• Optimize application performance and ensure low-latency communication between systems.

• Debug and resolve technical issues across backend and frontend integrations.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Core Java expertise with a focus on multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization with 5 to 9 years of experience.

• Strong knowledge of MQTT or other messaging protocols.

• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs with JSON.

• Hands-on experience integrating Java backends with ReactJS or other frontend frameworks.

• Proficiency in data modeling, database systems (SQL/NoSQL)

• Understanding of secure communication protocols and data encryption techniques.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to microservices architecture

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills for both backend and frontend integration.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
