About The Role

As a UX/UI Designer in this team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital experiences that will drive our future growth. You will collaborate with credible creatives and specialists, crafting best-in-class digital-first assets. Your designs will strive to advise, engage, and encourage our customers to interact and transact with us.

Your Day-to-day Tasks Will Involve

  • Creating regular assets for Programme initiatives
  • Designing front-end mock-ups and wireframes, including front-end copywriting
  • Contributing to the definition of requirements and iteration on design solutions


An appetite and passion for appealingly crafted and functional design, underpinned by a desire to understand data and user-centric design, is highly desirable. The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a design-related subject area
  • Proven experience working in a transformational digital environment and an understanding and experience of agile methodologies
  • Multi-disciplined designer with devoted attention to detail and personable with clear communication and strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC and Strong understanding of analytics and using data to inform decisions
  • Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences and with basic prototyping


The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Storytelling through lifecycle state illustrations and knowledge of current digital design standard methodologies and web production techniques
  • Telco experience is a bonus but not essential
  • Experience with data tools like Adobe Analytics/UserZoom/Content Square is a bonus
  • Experience conducting user testing (remote and face-to-face) is a bonus
