• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within HR, finance, or agile product team environments.
• Proven track record of successfully analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
• Experience in developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
