Role : Technology Supplier Manager - this role will be part of the Technology & Cyber Risk function within and will be responsible to implement and manage Supplier Governance across the IT

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Sydney

Essential Criteria :

• 5+ years of experience in a Service Provider, technology risk, security or compliance role.
• Detailed understanding of service provider risk management (3rd and 4th Party)
• IT Software/Professional Services background and experience
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards such as CPS232, CPS234, CPS231, CSP230, ISO 27001/2, COBITT, NIST and CRISC
• Experience with SOC2 compliance standards
• Graduate Degree (e.g. BIT, BSc) or equivalent work experience in Information Technology or an equivalent engineering discipline
• Certifications, such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CIPP, CISM, aren’t a prerequisite however are well regarded
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in a role balanced between business stakeholders and a central technology service organisation including experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functional and technical skill sets
• Solves Problems and Analyses Issues - Can ask effective questions and collect facts from multiple sources to solve problems
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate supplier governance vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns to the IT and business strategy.
• Ability to instill confidence in the business and demonstrate the business value of IT.
• Success in leveraging both traditional best practices, such as IT service management practices based on ITIL, as well as emerging methods like DevOps that are optimized for agility.
• Proven track record in successfully managing, coaching, and building the capability of others.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and build effective relationships across technology & business.
