Your new role

We are seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager in delivering key implementation activities. This role is focused on execution rather than governance or oversight, with responsibilities including:

• Writing documents and developing plans
• Managing meetings and working with key stakeholders
• Writing reports and ensuring key deliverables are met
• Planning and implementing new or changed business processes and procedures
• Updating systems and online/digital content
• Conducting training and communications
• Supporting go-live events and post-implementation reviews

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who excels in driving and delivering key tasks to support project delivery. It is not suited for those seeking a leadership or senior PM role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering implementation activities
• Writing and developing project documentation
• Managing stakeholder meetings and communications
• Reporting on project progress and outcomes
• Implementing changes to business processes and systems
• Supporting training, go-live events, and post-implementation reviews

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management or as a Change Manager
• Strong ability to deliver tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in planning and implementing business processes and systems
