Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled C++ Developer to join our dynamic team in developing, testing, building, deploying, and operating insurance-related software.

  • You will leverage modern technologies, processes, and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • This role involves analyzing business requirements, implementing technical processes, and contributing to the automation and optimization of development tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain insurance-related software using modern tools and technologies.
  • Analyze and implement business requirements and technical workflows independently.
  • Automate and optimize development tools, build processes, deployment pipelines, and test procedures.
  • Regularly review and improve related workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Prior work experience in software development is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in C or a willingness to learn C with mastery of another programming language.
  • Experience with Git and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills to quickly grasp and articulate complex issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • High level of independence, team collaboration, responsibility, and customer focus.
  • Flexibility, commitment, and eagerness to learn technical backgrounds.

Technical Skills

  • C/C++ and MS Visual Studio.

  • Microsoft Teams
