• Support and mentor less experienced team members.
• Report on project progress, ensuring compliance with time, specification, and quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, continuously improving software engineering practices.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong experience in Java (JEE) development.
• Familiarity with development tools such as IntelliJ, Eclipse, Git, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Fluent in German (written and spoken).
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• A university degree in a technical or numerate subject (e.g., computer science, engineering, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Web Service Security (WSS), PKI infrastructures, and high-volume data processing.
• Familiarity with Oracle, PostgreSQL, XML, JSON, and web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML).
• Previous experience in public transport ticketing or financial systems is a plus.
