In the role of UX/UI Designer, you will drive the creation of innovative and user-friendly designs that enhance our platform’s functionality and appeal. By collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Founders’ teams, you’ll define and implement design strategies that ensure our interfaces are visually compelling, intuitive, and aligned with both user needs and business objectives.

You will have an impact on:

• Creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that improve our product’s overall usability and delight our customers.
• Developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency across our platform.
• Conducting user research, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs to optimize user experiences.
• Collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to align design solutions with technical constraints and business objectives.
• Ensuring accessibility and responsiveness across devices and platforms, delivering inclusive designs for a diverse audience.
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, integrating them into our design processes.
  
  

What you will add:

• You’re a skilled UX/UI Designer with 4+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• You’re proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and you have a solid understanding of prototyping and wireframing.
• You have a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design for web and mobile platforms with a focus on user-centered design.
• You understand the principles of responsive and adaptive design, ensuring seamless experiences across devices.
• You’re familiar with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and understand how designs translate into code.
• You excel at collecting and integrating user feedback, iterating quickly to refine designs.
• It’s a plus: if you have experience with motion design, animation, or creating illustrations that elevate the visual storytelling of a product.
