HR Generalist (m/f/d)

You will make an impact in the following way:

• Act as local HR contact for all HR-Related questions from the team
• Prepare input for the monthly payroll, including time overview and absence / attendance sheet monitoring
• HR Administration across the employee life cycle
• Support recruiting for open positions at the Berlin location, including identifying of new candidates and participating in interview processes
• Ensuring execution of HR processes like Performance and Talent Management or Salary Cycle
• Support and execute global activities like Be Well and Connect with Community on site
• Drive culture and employee engagement with the team

What you should bring:

• Education – Degree in Business Administration with focus on Human Resources or comparable training
• Experience – Several years of experience as HR Generalist, preferably in an international matrix environment
• Knowledge and skills – Good knowledge of German labor law
• Personality – Team player with strong communication skills and a structured approach to work who thrives on change management and possesses the ability to foster a positive work environment
• Language proficiency – Fluent in German and English
