Our client is seeking a Software Engineer II to join the Account Management Services team. This role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing high-performance Java applications to support their mission of enabling a safe, inclusive, and digital economy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop secure, scalable software solutions using Java, Spring Framework, and REST/SOAP.
• Design and implement new features, system interfaces, and application upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical leads and analysts, following Agile/SAFe practices.
• Contribute to production support, incident management, and resolution of problem tickets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of Java development experience with design and architecture exposure.
• Proficiency in Spring Frameworks, web services, and secure coding best practices.
• Technical expertise in Tomcat, Maven, Linux, SQL, Kafka, and cloud development (PCF/Azure).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, relational databases (Oracle), and testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
