What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Python/Django Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the Workis.online platform and internal tools. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining backend solutions using Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features aligned with business goals.
• Writing and maintaining high-quality, test-driven code.
• Optimizing support processes with innovative solutions.
• Managing cloud infrastructure (AWS experience is a plus).
• Providing feedback and collaborating with UI developers.
• Contributing to product development and shaping future solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, and SQL, with 3+ years of backend development experience.
• Experience in managing cloud infrastructure (AWS is a bonus).
• Skilled in writing unit tests to ensure software quality.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A team player with great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn, adapt, and innovate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
