Technical Product Owner - AI-Driven TMS Solution

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the development of an innovative AI-driven Transportation Management System (TMS) for a logistics company. This pivotal role involves managing a team of developers, ensuring alignment with the founders' vision, and delivering a cutting-edge solution to revolutionize logistics management.

• Product Ownership: Take full ownership of the TMS product roadmap, prioritizing features and milestones to deliver business value effectively.
• Team Management: Lead and collaborate with a team of developers, providing clear guidance and removing roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of product goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between developers and founders, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and expectations.
• AI Integration: Work closely with technical teams to implement AI capabilities that optimize logistics operations and decision-making processes.
• Requirement Gathering: Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories for the development team.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the solution meets high standards of performance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine product development workflows and methodologies to maximize team efficiency and output quality.
  

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven solutions and their application in real-world business contexts.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics technology is a strong plus.
• Technical background in software development or engineering is a plus but not required.
