Role Responsibilities

• We are looking for your expertise in managing complex projects from initial design and scope management, through to execution and cost control.
• You will manage project resources, including assembling and coaching dedicated teams.
• You will cooperate with developers to devise high-quality software solutions to meet business needs.
• You will facilitate the identification of suitable dashboards and success metrics, assessing awareness, understanding, and endorsement for change management activities through presentations and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  
  

Role Requirements

• Solid track record in project management and business analysis, ideally in the digital space in the financial services or FinTech industries.
• Background in the technical field with a master’s degree or other relevant advanced qualification would be preferable.
• Strong understanding of the Agile process, Scrum Framework, and Lean methodologies.
• Experience building and managing teams, with evidence of success managing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Accounting knowledge and experience with financial systems would be an advantage.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 3,283 – 6,275 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
