During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to support and maintain BI reporting and Data Management solutions. The Data Engineer will assist in proactively monitoring Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) back-end data load process, carry out deployment and governance of development artifacts and assist in design and development of data movement artifacts both on-prem and Azure Cloud. This role also will lead in Infrastructure capacity and solution performance assessments and recommend improvements.

🔥Your Responsibilities:

• Successfully execute Enterprise Business Intelligence projects from functional to BI specifications, analysis, data modelling, solution design, deployment and postproduction support
• Interact and moderate as consultant between various cross functional teams, business departments and technical staff
• Analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production tickets
• Support of the live and pre-production infrastructure
• Prepare and take part in the periodic release of new software
• Interfacing with project teams, business stakeholders & management team
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external partners
• Requirements analysis and definition
• Execution of all relevant Project tasks and work packages
• Data analysis and data profiling
• Supporting program manager in delivery of the overall Enterprise Business Intelligence Program
• Ensuring that quality standards are met
• Supporting Master Data Management Strategy
  
  
  

🎯 Your Profile:

• University of Applied Science degree in Computer Science, Information Management
• 5-10 years working experience in business analysis and/or BI related projects
• Experience with implementing Business Intelligence technologies & products
• Experience in DevOps, including CI/CD
• Demonstrated analysis, problem-solving skills, and troubleshooting expertise
• Complex problem-solving skills, ability to diagnose & address application issues
• Experienced in Extraction Transformation Load (ETL) processes of intermediate level to high level of complexity to meet the high availability, data integrity and reliability requirements of the production environment.
• Database and programming platforms and technologies: MS SQL Server 2019/2022, SSAS, Power BI, ADF, Azure data platforms, SSIS, TSQL, VBA, VBScript.
• Monitor, assess and evaluate ETL results. Through various dimensions of analysis, work closely with Ops and delivery teams to develop actionable recommendations to enhance data quality & application stability
• Experience with Data Warehousing Automation tools such as dbt
• Experience working in an international business environment
• Basic manufacturing and sales business process knowledge
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Ability to moderate meetings and constructive design sessions for effective decision making
