👱‍👩 As a Head Of AI Excellence Center at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:

• Vision and Strategy:
• Define an AI strategy aligned with Ivy Partners' strategic objectives.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities for our clients and internal operations.

• Leadership and Team Management:
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of AI experts (data scientists, engineers, consultants).
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the center of excellence.

• AI Solution Development:
• Oversee the development and implementation of AI-based solutions, from concept to delivery.
• Ensure the adoption and integration of AI technologies within client processes.

• Client Engagement:
• Support clients in transforming their operations through AI.
• Lead strategic workshops to educate and train stakeholders.

• Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
• Maintain constant technological watch on the latest advances in artificial intelligence.
• Identify strategic partnerships with startups, universities, and AI ecosystems.

🏅 About you!

• Education: Graduate of a leading engineering or business school or university, specializing in artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.

• Experience:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in artificial intelligence, data science, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience in team management and handling complex projects.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AI technologies and data science tools (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud systems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Personal Qualities:
• Leadership and strategic vision.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Strong passion for innovation and problem-solving.
