Specifically, you will be required to:

RESPONSIBILITIES :

We are seeking for a passionate Java Developer to join our new project – Microservice architecture for pre-trade application. This set of APIs are designed for pretrade negotiation of equity derivatives and used worldwide (Paris, London, Hong-Kong and New-York) by clients, sales and tarders. The tech Stack is quite new, among them, Java 11, SpringBoot 2.1 and REST endpoints. Join a young motivated team working with some of the newest technologies.

• You should be self-driven, result oriented with a positive outlook and have a clear focus on high quality software;
• Work closely with Business Analysts/Product Managers to translate functional requirements into technical ones, while identifying technical risks and unknowns for new product releases;
• Work within a global team on all product phases from bug fixing support, new feature design and development, validation, functional testing and configuration;
• Strive to understand customer scenarios and use industry best practices to deliver innovative products; • Communicates the technical vision with the development team and product managers.

PROFILE REQUIRED:

• Experience with Java;
• Unit tests, TDD;
• Relational databases and how to write SQL queries;
• Working in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment.
• Desire to grow and learn distributed architectures design;
• Version control (Git or SVN for example);
• Nice to have with NoSQL database principles (e.g. Elasticsearch);
• Nice to have of some core development tools used within the company: Kibana, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar and DeployIT;
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
