Our international client is looking for an A/B Test Software Engineer to join their team for a 6-month freelance B2B contract with a high chance of extension. This is a fully remote position where you'll be working 5 days a week.

Skills and Qualifications:

• HTML5/CSS3: For precise UI/UX adjustments and developing test variants.
• JavaScript and jQuery: Advanced scripts for interactions and DOM manipulations.
• API Knowledge: Data processing and integrations using API calls.
• Experience with VWO or Similar Tools:
• VWO Code Editor: Skilled in scripting and executing tests.
• Debugging: Resolving timing issues with tools like setTimeout or MutationObserver.
• Performance Optimization:
• Understanding Asynchronous Loading: Managing load times for smooth UX.
• Minimizing Flickering (FOUC): Implementing variants without noticeable delays.
• Testing and Debugging:
• Browser Developer Tools: Identifying and fixing errors.
• Cross-Browser and Cross-Device Testing: Ensuring consistent performance.
