Job Description

We are now looking for a Test Leader. In this role, you will spearhead the quality agenda across our projects and products, taking ownership of defining and implementing a robust quality strategy that aligns with organizational goals. You will serve as a mentor and leader to Quality and Software Engineers, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to ensure excellence in execution. By establishing clear principles, standards, and methodologies, you will drive consistent, high-quality outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the teams.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that quality remains a cornerstone of our product and project success.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

• 5+ years of leadership experience mentoring teams.
• Expertise in quality engineering, testing practices, and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of software development, Agile methodologies, and test strategies.
• Proficiency in modern test tools, frameworks, and programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and test leaders.
• Experience integrating Agile practices with quality assurance and automation.
• Commitment to developing high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.
• University degree (M.Sc./B.Sc.) in Computer Science or equivalent experience will be a plus.
