Role: Project Manager/Scrum Master

Location: Cracow, Poland- Hybrid

Employment type: Full Time Permanent

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 8-10 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Expertise in Scrum, combined with skills as an Epic Delivery Owner and Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, metrics, and measurement across teams.
• Proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships.
• Openness to change, stress resilience, and commitment to delivering results.
• Certified Scrum Master (preferred) and fluent English.
