Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Management Engineering or Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of project management experience,
  • Advanced level of English written and spoken
  • Experience in insurance sector is a plus
  • Knowledge about Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) and proven experience on tools (e.g. JIRA, AzurDevops etc.)
  • Mastering MS Office (Excel, Microsoft Project, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Strong analytical skills and business/client engagement skills
  • Good at project schedule management and sensitive to deadlines
  • Successful in project risk prediction and risk management



Job Description:


  • Portfolio management responsibility to oversee the project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives to align with strategic direction.
  • Project execution oversight responsibility to ensure the successful completion of strategic and transformational projects by coordinating resources and timelines.
  • Assist in the standardization and improvement of project management methodologies across the organization for agile methodology implementation
  • Lead the Projects for on time and high-quality deliverables throughout the analysis, planning and deployment cycle; remove constraints
  • Manage and monitor of project baseline to ensure the accomplishment of activities in terms of Scope, Budget and Timing
