Full Stack Engineer - DeFi /Blockchain (Part time with Equity only)

With our product launch imminent, we are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with Web3 and smart contract expertise to join our team.

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fullstack Engineer to help build the MVP for Dera.Money. As part of our technical team, you'll play a critical role in developing and maintaining our decentralized finance (DeFi) platform. If you're passionate about blockchain, decentralized technologies, and building scalable applications, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the full stack of Dera.Money's platform, from backend to frontend.

Work with technologies like Typescript, Golang, NodeJS, ReactJS, NextJS or Gatsby, and AWS.

Collaborate with the engineering team to design, build, and ship new features.

Ensure high-quality code and continuous integration, testing, and deployment.

Integrate Web3 technologies like Web3JS, EtherJS, and Wagmi into the platform.

Manage monorepo setups using tools like Lerna, NX, and Yarn workspaces.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Typescript, Golang, NodeJS, ReactJS, and AWS.
• Experience working with Web3 technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with monorepo tools and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building innovative solutions.

Important

The first three monhts will be part-time compensated with equity where we prepare the product for launch. After three months we offer above market standard salaries and the employee is required to commit full-time to DERA. This means, NO SALARY and NO FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT for the first three months.
