About the Company: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP BW/HANA Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP HANA, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality solutions in analytics, reporting, and data modeling. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data solutions in SAP BW and HANA to meet specific client needs.
• Work with SAP Datasphere for cloud-based data processing and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning and reporting.
• Integrate technologies to deliver robust, scalable analytics and planning solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to define requirements and ensure solutions provide business insights.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in developing and managing SAP BW (on-prem or PaaS) and SAP HANA solutions.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT processes in SAP BW and HANA.
• Ability to work in a high-performing team and share knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and experience in client interaction for requirements specification and implementation.
• Proficiency in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish, both written and spoken.
