Digital Marketing Consultant

Insight Global is looking for a Marketing IT Project Manager for one of Canada's largest banks. The position will fall within their digital wealth and asset management team.

Job Description

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with the Senior Consultant, Digital Strategy Programs and Initiatives.
• Manage Asset Management product launches and ongoing website maintenance for:
• Wealth Management content
• Renaissance Investments website
• CIBC Asset Management websites
• Ensure optimal client and advisor experience across all digital channels/experiences in Asset Management.
• Conduct ongoing SEO maintenance, perform channel integrity audits, and manage Advisor tools and frontline support materials.
• Develop and implement digital marketing plans to optimize campaign performance using a data-driven approach for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure flawless execution of initiatives and alignment with business objectives.

How You'll Succeed

• Execute Digital Marketing Initiatives: Manage campaigns from brief to implementation, including web updates, lead generation, SEO, and paid media.
• Maintain Digital Properties: Update digital content and optimize for best user experiences; support annual audits and QA of initiatives.
• Measure, Analyze, and Optimize Campaigns: Monitor performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations for optimization based on KPIs.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong relationships with CIBC peers across various functions to effectively launch marketing initiatives.

Must haves:

1. 2+ years of PM/Marketing/Digital experience
2. Understanding of digital best practices
3. Previous Banking/FI experience

Nice to have:

• Previous asset management experience
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines
