Business Analyst

Iris's client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Business Analyst for a long term contract opportunity.

Our Client is a Canadian multinational financial services company and the largest bank in Canada by market capitalization. The bank serves over 17 million clients and has more than 89,000 employees worldwide. Bank is serving individual consumers, small and middle market businesses and large corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk-management products and services.

Title: Business Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid- 1-2 Days onsite/week)

Long term Contract

Client: Banking/Financial

Responsibilities:

• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and documentation
• Evaluating business processes, document requirements, perform data analysis.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results in form of user stories or BRD
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Effectively communicating requirements and plans to cross-functional team members and senior management.
• Define solutions meet business needs and requirements, at the same time ensuring technical compatibility.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
