We are now looking for a Research and Analytics Trainee for our HR technology and analytics team!

In this role, you will work with HR technology and analytics, including analyzing and reporting the results of personnel surveys, developing HR processes and systems, and ensuring their functionality and accuracy. Your role will focus on HR data and analytics.

You will participate in developing system solutions, analyzing and reporting personnel data with a team of experts.

What We're Looking For In a Trainee

We are looking for a candidate who is interested in technology, data, and analytics. Your studies may have focused on statistics, organizational psychology, business analytics, data or HR management, or organizational development. You are familiar with MS Office products and have experience with reporting and analytics software.

As a person, you are goal-oriented, development-oriented, and business-oriented. Your work style is analytical, active, and self-directed. You are also collaborative and service-minded under pressure. You have good English language skills and can communicate complex and abstract concepts in a simple and concise manner.

We will interview and announce selection decisions to the finalist candidates by December 19, 2024. As part of the selection process, all finalist candidates will undergo personality assessments and Logiks ability tests. The employment contract will be for the period from March 1 to August 31, 2025.
