Role Overview
The PRODUCT MANAGER LEAD - RETAIL MEDIA NETWORK will be responsible for building industry leading omni-channel ad solutions and developing and executing the product strategy for our retail media offering.
In this role, you will create innovative ad solutions that empower brand advertisers and partners to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high-performing campaigns, ultimately enhancing the shopping journey.
You will drive the development and adoption of a range of retail media solutions and addressable audience proposition, positioning the group as a leader in the Retail Media space by identifying market opportunities, understanding competitive dynamics, and leveraging emerging trends.
You will also lead the development of new Retail Media products and solutions, driving innovation and ensuring the company stays ahead of industry trends and client demands.
This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build and scale innovative advertising products that maximize revenue opportunities and deliver value to our advertisers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and vision
- Outcomes & Metrics: Drive achievement of key outcomes and the product strategy by prioritizing features, iterations, and experiments.Continuously monitor performance, analyze data, and iterate on product features to drive optimal outcomes.
- Strategic Product Vision: Play a key role in shaping our overall strategic product vision.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives.
- Innovation & Improvement: Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Industry & Competitive Analysis: Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand emerging trends in the advertising industry and identify new ad product opportunities.
- Customer Research: Conduct customer research to define client segments and identify needs, informing the product roadmap.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in product management roles, preferably within B2C tech, e-commerce, or related industries.
- Proven experience in retail media or digital advertising
- Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, including programmatic buying, DSPs, SSPs, ad networks, sponsored solutions.
- Proven track record of leading successful product teams and delivering high-impact products to market.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques for making data-driven product decisions.
