Senior Manager, IT Project Management (Gaming)

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely and communicate on a regular basis with business units to ensure alignment on projects, and overall service experience.
• Deliver IT application projects within budget, on schedule and adhering to internal processes & standards such as IT security standard and SDLC framework.
• Create, evaluate, and contract tenders.
• Be the point of contact for technology discussions concerning gaming systems and its associated subsystems.
• Keep abreast of trends, industry disruptions and innovation in technologies to relate to and support business.
• Identify, manage, and resolve complex issues, preventing escalations, where possible.
• Manage, negotiate, and mitigate project risks effectively to ensure deliverables are on track.
• Collaborate with team members, software architects, vendors, and business stake holders to deliver projects in a timely manner.
• Mentor team and ensure team is equipped with relevant core skills to do their job.
• Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in technology with strong project management skills.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing teams including project, operations, and vendors.
• Experience facilitating business users to define problem statements, articulate desired business outcomes and drive business transformation or process re-engineering.
• Experience managing a diverse team including vendors to achieve high delivery and problem resolution target.
• Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in running agile projects is preferred.
