Job Description:

Hexaware is currently seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead our infrastructure projects in McLean, VA (Day 1 Onsite 3 Days onsite 2 Days Remote)

Position :: Junior PM/ Project Co-Ordinator

Exp. Level - Min. 5-6 Years of exp.

The ideal candidate will exhibit:

Candidate will assist in managing IT projects and developers through project life cycles to maintain tight timelines. Candidate should:

• be comfortable working and driving teams directly associated to the project as well as individuals outside the project.
• be responsible for establishing relationships with these leaders to review and explain IT technology solutions.
• collaborate with customers and vendors to develop formal implementation project plans, WBS, including key success metrics and milestones.
• drive timelines, track, and report on the WBS progress for leadership.
• translate takeaways and feedback into improvement opportunities for both the technology solutions and integration processes.
• succeed in delivering against stated objective.
• work with team to develop internal program/Project standards and templates.

Must haves:

• 4 bachelors year degree in Business / Management / Computer Science
• PMP certified
• Have strong knowledge of Agile
• Technically skilled in Computer Science or Networking
• 3-7 years’ experience in project managing the implementing technology solutions within IT/Network
