Product Manager

About The Role

As the Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product development process, from ideation to launch. This role requires a “do it quick” mindset—we value speed, efficiency, and rapid feedback cycles. You’ll work closely with our small but dynamic team to bring the Fintech job board to life and achieve our first profitable milestone by the end of the year.

This position comes with clear objectives:

• Launch an MVP by April 2025.
• Test hypotheses quickly and iterate based on results.
• Achieve first revenue in 2025.
• The role has the potential to grow into a senior position and eventually evolve into a Product Owner role as the product scales.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision: Translate our ideas into a clear product roadmap.
• MVP Development: Plan and execute a lean, Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach with speed and simplicity.
• Agile Execution: Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Budget Management: Work within our limited budget, finding cost-effective solutions.
• Market Research: Understand the Fintech job market to identify user needs and define product value propositions.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Oversee product launch, user acquisition, and early-stage monetization strategies.
• Feedback Loop: Prioritize rapid feedback and continuous iteration to refine and improve the product.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven track record as a Product Manager, ideally in early-stage or small-scale product development. At least 2 years of experience.
• Mindset: Ability to move quickly, adapt to changing needs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding of job boards, marketplaces, or similar platforms is a big plus.
• Fintech Knowledge: Familiarity with Fintech industries is advantageous but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Basic technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers.
• Analytical mindset for market research and user feedback.
