DevOps Engineer

Job Title: DevOps SRE – Blockchain

Location: Remote or Hybrid

Salary: Up to £130,000

Are you passionate about building scalable systems in the blockchain space? My client is looking for an experienced DevOps SRE to join their high-performing team where you can make a real impact.

Your Role

• Collaborate with development, product, and research teams to design and maintain scalable infrastructure for blockchain projects.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment and monitoring.
• Implement proactive monitoring systems to minimise downtime.
• Enhance system security and performance, automating processes where possible.
• Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis to ensure continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• 5-7 years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles with a track record of managing high-uptime systems.
• Experience with Blockchain infra or with blockchain-related technologies (e.g., Ethereum, smart contracts, consensus algorithms)
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Kubernetes (GKE, EKS), and Terraform.
• Strong understanding of networking, security best practices, and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD) and coding skills (Python, Go).
