Responsibilities
Tech Leadership:
- Shape and drive the tech vision of the company, positioning it as a key player in the industry.

- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and educational teams to turn innovative ideas into reality.
- Develop and optimize cutting-edge solutions, implementing best practices in the field.

- Ensure the quality of deliverables by maintaining industry standards and establishing efficient processes.
- Inspire, motivate, and manage a team of developers and creatives.

Technical Skills:
- Preferred technologies: Python, Ruby, Elixir, and Golang.
- Experience in developing and optimizing immersive, cutting-edge solutions.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their applications (e.g., Cloud, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Innovative mindset, adaptable, and quick to tackle technical challenges.
- Strong curiosity for new tech trends and a deep interest in immersive and innovative tools.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology.
