💼 About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate leads and drive sales initiatives across diverse businesses, from SMEs to large corporations and regulated institutions. This role involves promoting advanced digital asset solutions, including asset tokenization, Web 3.0 product development, and treasury management services.

💼 About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will generate leads and drive sales initiatives across diverse businesses, from SMEs to large corporations and regulated institutions. This role involves promoting advanced digital asset solutions, including asset tokenization, Web 3.0 product development, and treasury management services.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Sales: Identify new accounts and generate leads through various methods (hot, cold, and warm approaches). Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored digital asset solutions.
- Events: Represent the company at trade shows and events. Some travel may be required.
- Market Research: Research and identify new business opportunities in the digital asset space across different sectors. Develop campaigns to drive outbound opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Guide clients through the sales process with ongoing support.
- Product Knowledge: Master our product offerings, including asset tokenization, Web 3.0 product development, and treasury management services.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver presentations that effectively communicate our digital asset solutions' value proposition.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and market insights in our CRM system.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales, particularly in financial technology or related industries
- Familiarity with digital assets and blockchain technology, including financial and regulatory aspects
- Ability to understand and pitch new concepts
- Initiative to seek out new opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in any environment
- BONUS: Knowledge of cybersecurity, Multi-party computation (MPC), Web3 wallet infrastructure, digital asset custody
- Hunger to succeed in a fast-paced startup/scaleup environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Competitive compensation package including generous pre-series A stock options. We have benchmarked this role between £48,000-£60,000
