About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead continuous improvement initiatives across applications and services. This role focuses on driving efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and delivering measurable value while maintaining high standards in documentation and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead Agile-driven projects, optimise processes, and measure the impact of implemented changes.
- Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of Business Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and manage risks while ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and deliver insightful retrospectives.
- Compliance & Adaptability: Ensure adherence to organisational policies and effectively manage changes in scope.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (mandatory).
- At least 7 years of experience in project management with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of team mentoring and collaboration.
- Proficient in software development methodologies, data analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving.
- Exceptional communication, time management, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
