Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer for a client in the fintech industry. This is a hybrid position based in Stockholm with an immediate start date.
  • As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining full-stack applications and services. You will work closely with a cross-functional team, including engineering, product, and design, to create solutions that enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, innovative, and fully responsive web applications.
  • Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring high-quality output from both yourself and your team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Develop and maintain front-end code using modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React).
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring that solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues effectively.
  • Continuously improve the quality and customer focus of the products developed.
  • Work on platform improvements and contribute to learning opportunities within the engineering team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing front-end services using React JS, NodeJS, and/or TypeScript.
  • Strong focus on delivery, attention to detail, and the quality of the end result.
  • Practical experience in designing, building, and maintaining distributed systems in a cloud-native environment.
  • Experience working in an agile development team, utilizing common tools like Jira and GitHub.
  • Demonstrated ability to share knowledge and learn from others in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with CMS systems (e.g., Storyblok or similar) is a plus.
  • Experience in e-commerce projects is an advantage.
