Key Responsibilities

Description:

• The mission takes place in an Agile/Safe context within a scrum team of around fifteen people (functional analysts, architects, developers, UX designers). The TRIA project began in 2020 and aims to put into production a new back office covering all business aspects of the DG Disabled: from processing the declaration of the disabled person to creating the right to recognition of disability.
• Proven development experience on a large project (>€3M) is required. The solution architecture chosen is modular (REST services) and distributed (integration of external e-services). The back-end is implemented in the Java/spring stack and the front-end in Angular. The orchestration uses Flowable (BPMN/CMMN Engine). Persistence is done with an ORM on a classic RDBMS (PostgrèSQL). Knowledge of the specificities of the public sector (eGovernment) with inter-institutional data exchanges through the BCSS is a nice to have.
• The team is heterogeneous (client/software factory, internal/consultants, junior/senior, different technical backgrounds, multilingualism, etc.). The mission can be extended until 2026 if the candidate is satisfied. Working from home is possible up to 3 days/week. Tuesdays and Fridays are in person.

Profile Sought:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a REST/Angular/Java development environment
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence
• At least one development experience on 1 complex project(>€3M)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Flowable BPMN / CMMN
