Job Description

We are seeking an IoT Support Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IoT solutions.

  • As an IoT Support Engineer, you will have an in-depth understanding of end-to-end IoT solutions, ensuring seamless operation and guiding support activities to meet SLAs and achieve defined KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Work on IoT projects, focusing on device and edge device provisioning, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage and optimize Azure IoT Edge Modules and containers.
  • Develop and maintain backend API microservices.
  • Enhance and debug data pipelines and streaming data analytics systems.
  • Maintain IoT Hub and Edge routes, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
