Are you passionate about optimizing CRM processes and driving impactful solutions? We are looking for a Senior CRM Sales Analyst to join our client's dynamic team and make a real difference in aligning our CRM tools with strategic objectives.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with sales teams, translate business needs into functional solutions, and ensure successful implementation of CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics CE or Salesforce.

💼 What You’ll Do:

Design tailored solutions to meet sales team needs.

Implement CRM configurations and integrations.

Work closely with architects and developers to ensure seamless implementation.

Perform quality assurance and user testing.

Deliver impactful improvements in sales processes and CRM performance.

✨ What We’re Looking For:

✔️ At least 5 years of experience as a CRM Analyst.

✔️ Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CE or Salesforce.

✔️ Proven ability to manage CRM Sales projects in complex environments.

✔️ Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM integrations.

✔️ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

✔️ Language proficiency in English (mandatory) and either French or Dutch.
