Skillvue is a Skill AI Assessment platform (SaaS) to hire top-skilled candidates and measure employee skill, culture, and leadership at scale to upskill and grow the workforce by leveraging AI. In today's evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments, and their importance will only continue to grow. Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce. We work with incredible enterprise companies such as Unicredit, Credem, Loro Piana, Carrefour and many others.

About the Role:

We're on the cutting edge of revolutionizing Skillvue skill assessment tools and we're looking for an experienced full stack ML engineer to join our team! You'll work on some of the most exciting AI projects under our lead AI psychometrician. Together, you'll design, finetune, deploy, optimize, and upgrade our AI assessment system through GenAI in a agile manner.

You'll also actively engage in researching the latest developments in AI-driven behavioral science and explore its potential utility to psychological assessment.

About you:

• A background in computational-enabled or data science disciplines is required
• A background in a subdiscipline of behavioral science will be regarded as a significant advantage
• 5+ years of research or practical experience in machine or deep learning, with a focus on natural language processing and large language modeling
• 3+ years of experience in training and deploying GenAI in a software system, whether on-cloud or in-premise.
• Experience of fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) is required.
• Additional experience in retrieval augmented generation (RAG) is preferred.
• The ability to design and deploy real-time GenAI-based conversational AI agents is favored.
• Experience in ML-Op pipeline, from data preprocessing to model deployment
• Experience in building local API web service via LangChain or llama.cpp

About your skills:

• Fluency in programming languages, including Python and JavaScript.
• Knowledge in database management such as with mySQL
• Familiar with online platform such as HuggingFace, AWS
• Knowledge in designing a Chatbot web interface with customizable prompts, accessing external websites (URLs), vector databases and other sources
• Fluency in English (C1)
