About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Golang Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Berlin. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining our core backend systems and APIs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes and Docker while contributing to high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems and services using Golang.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs to support seamless integrations and scalable applications.
• Work with Kubernetes and Docker to build, deploy, and manage microservices-based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Golang Developer with a strong understanding of Go programming paradigms and idioms.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
• Expertise in API Design and a deep understanding of RESTful principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.

Nice to Have

• Experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Previous experience in [specific industry, e.g., FinTech, AI].
