We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping and driving our people strategy.
Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organisation. This role will work closely with leadership and staff to implement HR policies, drive recruitment and retention, and foster a positive workplace culture.
This is a hands-on, office-based role based at our Grafton Street headquarters, ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic and people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on all HR-related matters.
- Manage employee relations, handling grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices.
- Lead initiatives to foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor and manage employee performance and appraisal processes.
- Oversee training and development programmes to support career progression and skill enhancement.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and other HR administrative functions.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a similar HR management role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
