Client is a platform for legal professionals to collaborate on legal documents (such as those related to M&A, banking and finance, and insurance). It enables businesses to lower expenses and increase efficiencies while enhancing the quality and consistency of legal papers.

The team is transforming the legal domain by building a unique collaboration platform for legal documents—a GitLab/GitHub for legal professionals. The first version of the platform is already live and in use by clients, but with real user data, the Client is ready to take the user experience to a higher level. To achieve this, the company is looking for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer who can create intuitive interfaces and seamless user journeys based on various user needs.

Case

The Senior UX/UI Designer will play a pivotal role in the design and development of the platform, working closely with developers, the product owner, and stakeholders to ensure that the user experience remains at the core of the platform’s value. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital platforms, adept at handling complex flows, and skilled at designing simple yet effective user journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design innovative features that drive business growth
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure the best user experience
• Work iteratively, delivering design solutions based on the immediate needs of the team
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
• Facilitate creative sessions with the development team, bridging the gap between design and code
• Present design visions, ideas, and solutions effectively, balancing the interests of end users and the business
  
  

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a focus on interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
• Ability to independently validate designs with end users
• Proficiency in Design Thinking tools and methodologies
• Up-to-date knowledge of UX trends and developments
• Strong belief in data-driven UX as the key to creating customer value
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and a critical approach to self-evaluation
• Experience in presenting and communicating design concepts to cross-functional teams

• Figma for high-fidelity prototypes
• Photoshop & Illustrator (still useful)
• AI tools to optimize workflow and for design inspiration
