Description

TripleTen for Business empowers companies to achieve their business goals by bridging talent gaps in Data Science, AI for professionals, Python Development, and Management.

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Developer to prototype and integrate cutting-edge AI tools into our existing platform, catering to the needs of corporate clients. This role requires an autonomous professional who excels at writing clean, efficient Python code and can take ownership of high-level tasks, proposing and implementing innovative solutions.

What you will do

Design, implement, and iterate on proof-of-concept AI applications using Python and frameworks like LangChain.
Integrate APIs for LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), vector databases, and other ML/AI toolkits to deliver end-to-end prototype solutions.
Leverage MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and rapid deployment.
Work in an agile team of experienced senior+ level professionals.

Requirements

Intermediate level or higher proficiency in English.
Strong Python programming skills.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain).
Familiarity with API integration for AI/ML tools and vector databases.
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD workflows.
Proficiency in implementing scalable AI/ML solutions for corporate clients.
Hiring and interviewing or leadership experience would be a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with GPU acceleration, distributed training, and optimizing models for inference.
Familiarity with ETL processes, data versioning, and MLOps practices.
Writing unit and e2e tests.
