Data Scientist

For one of our clients we are currently looking for an Gen-AI engineer that will be involved with atomising their customer service department.

Responsibilities

• Build and fine-tune Generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, BERT, Llama, etc.) tailored to automate customer service workflows.
• Design solutions for automating responses, sentiment analysis, intent recognition, and personalized customer interactions.
• Develop NLP pipelines to handle multi-lingual queries, context retention, and conversational AI tasks.
• Optimize chatbots and virtual assistants to provide accurate, real-time resolutions.
• Integrate AI models into existing customer service platforms such as CRM systems, ticketing tools, and live chat applications.
• Ensure seamless deployment of AI solutions, maintaining scalability and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or similar.
• Deep understanding of NLP, machine learning (ML), and deep learning (DL) concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI/ML services.
• Familiarity with conversational AI frameworks such as Dialogflow, Rasa, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Knowledge of the Cloud particularly with Azure.
