Network Security Engineer

Our Client is a Software Development Company based in The Netherlands. They are looking for medior - senior network security engineers to join their team.

Job Description

• Network Security (firewalls, VPNs, IPs/IDS, DNS
• Network Segmentation & Management, EDR, Threat Management, Vulnerabilitys and patch management
• Promote & enforce IT and the companies cyber security policies
• Security & risk assesments, incident investigations
• Assist in IT Administrator
• Maintain and expand in-house cybersecurity solutions for the fleet
• Maintain IT equipment of vessels mainly remotely + occasionally also on site (installation, configuration, upgrades, antivirus protection)

Requirements

• Must be based in Netherlands
• Our client does not offer sponsorship for this role, the ideal candidate will have an EU citizen
• English speaking role
• Ethernet knowledge (LAN/WAN/Firewalls)
• Experience with VMWARE ESXI + vCentre
• Fortinet products + 40gate equipment
• Bachelors degree in computer science (desireable)

Benefits

• Salary: 5500 - 7000 depending on experience
