Network Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Engineer with expertise in Routing and Switching to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining network infrastructure, focusing on WAN technology and network routing protocols. The position involves troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing routers and switches to ensure smooth and efficient network operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage network routing (WAN) configurations and solutions.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain routing and switching equipment to ensure seamless communication across the network.
• Manage the integration of WAN technologies, including MPLS, VPN, BGP, OSPF, and other routing protocols.
• Monitor and optimize network performance for reliability and efficiency.
• Implement and enforce network security protocols to protect data and maintain a secure environment.
• Provide technical support and resolution for network issues, working with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex problems.
• Develop network diagrams, documentation, and reports to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in network planning and architecture discussions for future improvements.
