YOUR ROLE

We seek an experienced Full Stack Developer. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic and fast-paced development team.

• Full Stack Development: Work across the stack to deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust features in Python (backend) and React (frontend).
• Frequent Releases: Participate in a rapid release cycle (1 to 2 releases per week), continuously delivering new features and improvements.
• Serverless Architecture: Design, build, and deploy serverless applications on AWS, leveraging cloud-native technologies for high availability and scalability.
• Integration of Cutting-edge Technologies: Collaborate with the team to integrate new tools and technologies, including LLMs, AI models, and other state-of-the-art solutions as soon as they become available.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and DevOps teams to understand user requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure seamless implementation.
• Code Review & Best Practices: Participate in code reviews, and help to maintain a high standard of code quality, performance, and security in every release.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve performance bottlenecks, security concerns, and other critical issues in a hands-on, proactive manner.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for highly motivated and capable developers who are passionate about building products and delivering features at a rapid pace. You will fit this role if you:

• Experience: Have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer, specializing in Python and React.
• Proficiency in Python and React (mandatory): Strong skills in backend (Python) and frontend (React) technologies, including a deep understanding of web development frameworks and libraries.
• Serverless Coding: Have solid experience or a strong interest in serverless architecture, with AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and S3 being a plus.
• AWS Cloud (strongly preferred): Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and services, with practical experience in deploying, managing, and scaling serverless applications.
• Speed and Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases and updates; a go-getter who loves tackling challenges head-on.
• Tech Enthusiast: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development, particularly in areas like AI, LLMs, and automation.
• Problem Solver: Enjoy solving complex technical problems, debugging, and improving the efficiency and scalability of the codebase.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills with a willingness to collaborate across teams, share knowledge, and mentor less experienced developers when needed.
